We use UPS, FedEx, DHL for our shipping services  within the United States and have partnered with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The availability of shipping options may vary depending on your location and the specific pinball machine you have ordered.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will carefully prepare your pinball machine for shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is dispatched.
 

Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method chosen. For domestic orders (Within the United States), standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days. For international orders, shipping times can range from  4-8 business days.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your pinball machine. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review and confirm before completing your purchase.
 

Order Cut-off Time:

Orders placed on weekends after 12:00 PM will be processed the following week.

Delivery Process:
